Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you’re eligible for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make things right.
Our 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Please note that we’re unable to offer refunds for returns requested more than 30 days after the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unworn and unused
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or other proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To request a return, simply contact us at support@edenfound.store. Please include your order details and let us know what you’d like to return.
Please don’t send any items back to us before your return has been approved, as we’re unable to accept unauthorised returns.
